For anyone still wondering about what to get their loved ones for Christmas despite the current restrictions, we have prepared another list, this time focused on consoles, where attention will be the focus Video games and consoles for sale that caught our attention the most.
PlayStation 4 deals
In the absence of major activity related to offers and sales for the new Sony console, let’s focus on this section of the text on PlayStation 4 and on the many discounts that we can find both on PlayStation Store and in physical stores. Let’s start with the latter:
- Dirt 5 Day One Edition for 49.95 euros (previously 69.90 euros). Dirt 5 manages to maintain a certain level of complexity and depth without sacrificing the casual gamer; In addition to a very peculiar gameplay, the result of the way of controlling the environments of the title.
- RPG Maker MV for 39.43 euros (previously 51.99 euros). A game whose gameplay is to create your own RPG, this is one of the latest iterations of this popular tool that is much more powerful than it seems; although we will not advise anyone to use the Sony platform to use it due to its limitations when working with the title with great claims. Despite all that, it’s fun to bring something of your own to life, and at a good price.
- WRC 9 for 14.99 euros (previously 59.95 euros). Very similar to our first highlight, but with gameplay that focuses more on technique and the simulation facet. It was recently launched so it is surprising to find it in a store like Fnac and its coverage and benefits at this price.
- Immortals Fenyx Rising Gold Edition for €54.90 (previously €99.99). This is the first of three times that this title appears on the list, but it was only recently released and it seems to us that it is a very worthy and fun job to say goodbye to the year, especially in the framework in which we Here today we focus on gifts. This is also the Gold Edition with a lot of additional content.
- Persona 5 Royal for 29.95 euros (previously 54.95 euros). It’s no stranger to our sale favorite lists, and with Christmas just around the corner, we didn’t want to ignore the price we can get Persona 5 Royal in many stores today.
- NieR Automata Game of the YoRHa Edition for 14.95 euros (previously 19.99 euros). For many it is one of the titles of the generation, for its peculiarities and for the message that its creator has prepared for anyone who has the courage to complete it completely.
The PlayStation Store has many offers these days, some of which we find particularly interesting, and for this reason we wanted to give it a special place among our possible Christmas gifts.
- Prey: Digital Deluxe Edition for 11.99 euros (previously 39.99 euros). If you enjoy single-player shooters and haven’t tried Prey yet, you’re only 12 euros away from getting hold of one of the best titles of its generation. This is the special edition with additional content.
- Far Cry New Dawn Deluxe Edition for 15.39 euros (previously 54.99 euros). This sequel to Far Cry 5 continues the general trend of the “middle” Far Cry between the numerical ones, bringing us an original setting and far from what we can find in the original titles, while preserving the mechanics of its core title. This is the deluxe edition with all additional content.
- The Last of Us Part II for 39.89 euros (previously 69.99 euros). It’s GOTY of the Year for the Games Awards, as well as one of the most talked about and award-winning titles of the generation. For that alone, it’s worth checking out Nautghy Dog’s latest work.
- Persona Dancing: Endless Night Collection for €35.99 (previously €99.99). This bundle includes Persona 3 Dancing and Persona 5 Dancing for just under 35 euros, for many two of the best rhythm games of the generation, both for music and for aesthetics and theme.
- RESIDENT EVIL 7 Biohazard Gold Edition for €24.99 (previously €49.99). This “return to horror” that RE7 marked after its launch has made it one of the most popular titles in the saga for gamers of the originals, and as its eighth installment draws near this installment of the seventh installment may be a great way to get it shorten the wait.
- Ghost of Tsushima for 49.69 euros (previously 69.99 euros). One of the crowd favorites on the Sony console for its mix of an open world set in feudal Japan, with the genre’s usual mechanics beneath that aesthetic. It’s been around this price before, but we still think it’s good for this title.
- Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap for $7.99 (was $19.99). This remake of the original Master System title has an important facelift for a title that still has solid and fun mechanics. This is one of the lowest prices on the Sony store. So if you like Metroidvania with a touch of platforming, we highly recommend you get it.
- Death Stranding Digital Deluxe Edition for 29.99 euros (previously 79.99 euros). Kojima’s latest work has appeared in our featured offerings several times over the year, but we’ll add it again because it’s one of the generation’s quirkiest titles, dealing in such a special way with someone so everyday and loved ones as well as the emotional ones bonds between people.
